6 quarts of water

Half a bottle of imported beer

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of red crushed pepper

1 tablespoon of peppercorns

1 chopped onion


Cooking Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a large pot.

2. Bring mixture with ribs to a boil.

3. Bring down to a simmer and continue simmering for 30 minutes.

4. Remove ribs from pot and brush with your favorite BBQ sauce.

5. Grill for 10 minutes on each side.

Note: Ribs can be boiled ahead of time, refrigerated and grilled later to save time.
